Simple formula to do, to check commission paid over last year. I want to work out the following, retail price, less cost price then divide answer by 1.175.
How do I do that in excel so when i type in Retail price and cost I get answer.

=(rp-cp)/1.175

Assume retail price is in cell A1 and cost price is in B1
In C1 type =(A1-B1)/1.175
