[#9685091]

Let's do a Friday thing!

After the roaring success of the Now That's What I Call The Best STW 80s Driving Album EVER last year, we'll go for a different genre.

So... name a favourite 80's electronic track. If you're very good I'll attempt to get them all together in a Spotify playlist.

** NO BLIND POSTING OF LINKS TO YOUTUBE WITHOUT ALSO NAMING THE TRACK, COS SOME PEOPLE'S WORK FIREWALLS BLOCK IT **

I'll start:

Yazoo - Only You

Stakker Humanoid

I wasn't familiar with this ditty. Listening to it for the first time now, I'm sensing that experiencing it at a desk in a wealth management firm, whilst drinking a cup of coffee and wearing a shirt and tie, was not the original target environment for optimum appreciation...

Are we talking early 80's elecctronic, Depeche Mode, Visage etc. or the '88-'89 acid house. Both good, but for me very different beasts.

I was originally envisaging the former, but we seem to have quite a bit of the latter...

So, either.
