can anyone recommend me a youtube yoga video that isn't:
a) some waftier-than-thou who's 'just back from asia'
b) some 'yoga for dudes' guy who likes the sound of his own voice too much
c) some new-agey who needs shit 'chill' music on in the background and who is very CALM
d) some bint in a tightest leggings contest trying to get me a bikini body
?
preferably not too much chat about [i]energy[/i], tho it comes with the territory i know

Flow workout that kills me. Talks a bit but being flow its all relevant and no hippy nonsense. His other vids are good as well.
