A reject from BikeRadar (I'm rather partial to the odd...ahem...pi55 take and got in trouble for talking about cars...) with a 2007 Stumpy HT which has just had a pretty massive overhaul so it's now a 22ish lbs goat of a bike. Ride a few times a week, run a lot, surf a lot, did an offroad tri last year (my only race involving an MTB to date!) and live in sunny Cornwall.

The mods have gone a bit mental on BR - locking threads, banning everyone and generally ruining the website. A shame.

I left there ages ago, Nick is a tool, never got banned or anything but his general demeanour was poor, sonic was cool though. Actually not so different here!!! At least you generally get a better class of idiot.

Did a quick blast on my bike earlier - had my rear wheel fitted yesterday (Hope hoop - Pro 2/xc717) after many many upgrades in the last week - bike is going REALLY well. Just about spot on (for me) now - really pleased with it.

Pigface - your crappy one. It's so forgettable that I've forgotten what it is. Some lame "scrambler" type effort I think for those that can't get up hills under their own steam. Or some mid range thing that pretends it's a superbike (like a Fazer or similar). I don't do motorbikes as I believe I'm more useful to my wife and boy alive than dead.
