looking at a house (yes another one) in scotland (if that makes any difference)
locations good , commute is good (by bike), house is good , garage is a bit limited - its a single and most others ive looked at have been a garage and a half which is far superior - although it doesnt sound it!
could i in theory put a set of double doors in the side of the garage leading to a "workshop/bike store" shed. Is there a max size this can be without permission?
