820 because 925 feels too big in your hand

I have the 820 - very nice phone. The 925 has a better camera but i believe you cannot upgrade the memory on it.

Depends do you need a big screen on a budget(Lumia 625)

Or do you want a slightly smaller screen albeit better quality and a better camera and a nice aluminium body but with the caveat its no doubt either going to cost you more per month or much more £ if buying outright.

The 625 will be about £20 per month and the 925 about £22 so no real difference really. Heard that the 625 screen is not so good and it seems a bit too big. Think i!ll go for the 925 ( although some have reported poor reception).
Decent camera, battery life and its gotta last 2 years are the priorities.

The 625 screen ratio(800x400)is the same as whats used on the Lumia 520 and 620 which are a inch smaller ,so same amount of pixels as these stretched over a larger area hence not as sharp.

Decent phone in other respects though the 925 is much better in virtually every other respect.

I definitly wouldn't get a 625 on a contract, you can buy the for next to nothing

I think that some of the fancy camera apps are only available on the 925 and up.

As said above, 925 is a big slab of phone. Slippery blighters too, so a case is a must IMHO.

My Lumia experience hasn't been too good so far. It shuts down randomly and takes several reboots before it actually starts working again. Replacement from Vodafone was fairing better until today 😥

925 - best phone I have ever had. Not had any random reboot issues etc with it.

Looks good, great battery life, nice screen and very good camera...
