And is it any good as a smartphone?
Contract's up, and I'm simply overwhelmed at the range of what's on offer now as a phone.
Last handset was a Nokia (my first one) and I quite liked it, but wondering if it has the edge in this market segment.
Not a troll, nor desirous of starting a debate.
Just wanna know if anyone has one and would they recommend it.
Thanks.

Thanks, wwaswas. That's rather informative.
I don't fancy any sort of connection to the 'iLife', so that's out.
If the OS is as worthy of complaint as seems to be made, would/could a co. like Nokia introduce new s/ware to existing phones, or would it have to be rolled out on completely new models?
Might be worth waiting a while longer?
I've heard people say good things about the N8, so maybe it's a matter of taste?
