Anyone watch it?
I expected laughs, but just sat there with a slight frown.
Rather than funny, I found it ... just stupid.
Vic & Bob are stupid, yes, but also funny. As is Mighty Boosh.

Why didn't I find Noel's dressing up game funny??

Wouldn't bother... it's a clever drug in as much as it wipes out your short term memory.

Didn't bother, already knew it wouldn't be funny.

The lion in the zoo was pretty good. I'll persevere for
Another few episodes anyway.

I was a bit disappointed too. I always thought Howard/Julian was way funnier, though TBH they are at their funniest when they are being silly man/straight man.

Definitely needs the straight, thought it was just weird (and I'm a Mighty Boosh fan)

I think he needs to find more of a distinction between what is surreal comedy and what is kids tv show. I think he managed this with The Mighty Boosh, but has gone too far.

some bits were funny, others weren't.
I liked the lion, and the sketch about the picture of Pele.
other bits like the cookery bit and Sergeant Boombox dragged on a bit.

The moon bit was my only real laugh, and I thought the pele/lion segements worked but were a shade too long. But there again i'm an unemployed spod and he's getting decent money for what he does, so who's laughing now?

But only because you already knew the character.
The lion was quite funny, the cooking sketch was complete toss.

not a touch on the boosh, the lion sketch was kind of sad because its true and quite good in that sense. I'll watch it again this week and see how it goes. Big bifter before would probably help.
