But strangely, a hyper-link you can click on which will tell you all you need to know.

What will they think of next? ๐Ÿ™„

'security theatre'
What, "theatre" as in people playing out scripted fantasies loosely based on real life ?

HMS Ocean is going to be parked in the Thames - the only operational T45 that is available would be
HMS Dragon, and they've got other stuff on

They really are using every opportunity to create fear to rule by.

I can't decide if this is any worse than labour putting tanks outside airports.

No - The Matlows should be more worried about the locals nicking anything that isn't bolted down!

That's a relief as I thought it might have been party specific.

Are you really so dumb to have not noticed that I compared the current band of clowns in charge with the last band of clowns.

But keep trolling away.

Iranian MiGs

The Olympics will provide them with a hard to resist opportunity in their quest for world domination.

I think our security forces have been on the X Box playing Call Of Duty ๐Ÿ˜‰

I mean really, if a bloke with a rucksack wants to blow up loads of people in a public place how exactly is a surface to air missile supposed to help?

Or if another bloke with a Stanley knife hijacks a plane, they'll blow it up with a missile- bringing it down on a load of houses.

Retards..... ๐Ÿ™„

It keeps everyone on their toes. It's important to keep everyone on their toes.

It shows we mean business.

Truly an incisive summary of anti-aircraft operations. Thank you. Will you be on Question Time this week?

I applaud:

- The tin foil hat fear brigade. You make me feel less mad. I wish I could make you feel safer, but I doubt anything would ever do that for you.

- The armchair experts who suddenly have a valid opinion on providing security for the biggest international event ever to have taken place in the UK.

Your country needs you all and I thank you for your sacrifices so far.

Nope - not my job. I didn't think you slept anyway, Ernie. I thought your horsehair shirt would prevent that sort of capitalist indulgence.

At least the residents of the building should have good security during the Olympics! Not sure it will be appreciated by their insurance provider in return for a discount though.
