not bothered. It has got boring, contrived, predictable and old now. I'm sure the presenters are bored and rich. stupid blokey crap for 16 yr olds.

that ok? 😉

I want to see the Charlie Brooker version.

that zonda feature was quite nice.

New Stig; Sabine Schmidt? The Stig poster in the studio has a very feminine stance.

Ok I'll bite.
"Top gear" is Cr@p and Clarkson is a "Merchant Banker".
Happy now 😉

It's a show about cars presented by motoring journalists, and because of this all their opinions, whether a newspaper is buying an opinion from one of them to fill column inches, will be shallow and meaningless.

Once you get over that it's an alright show.

At least it was in the carpet, not behind the wheel as normal. 😆

Oh and these threads are entertaining, its like reading about people who poke forks in their eyes on a weekly basis.
If it annoys that much, STOP WATCHING IT! Idiots.

Love Stewart Lee's quote: "...they love it (these middle-aged men)... they love to see Jeremy Clarkson sneer at a Sikh on their behalf"

Also, this : TopGear Racism Test

that is not the point bigyinn. it is the dumbing down of popular culture. and things. or something. etc. why do obviously intelligent, literate journalists pretend to be 16 yr old dickheads? cos it is a moneymaker. why is it a money maker? cos dickheads think it is good telly. go figure! It is very well constructed tho.

Hee! Loving that sketch.

"his outrageously incorrect political opinions (that he has for money/that he has to a deadline every week)..."

Excellent.

That is such perfect Top Gear writing, you should send it in to them.

James May: "Cock"
Audience: "Hur hur hur"

Repeat to fade.

so?

So, I think I'll take my chances watching some light hearted psuedo bigoted Sunday evening entertainment thanks, safe in the knowledge that even though Kev thinks I'm a dickhead, at least I am actually reasonably literate.

Well, that Stewart Lee sketch was 5 minutes 39 seconds of my life I'm never getting back

ditto - Stewart Lee is about as funny as genital warts, tried to watch his critically acclaimed show on BBC2 and it just bored the bejesus out of me, but it suits Guardian readers who joined the student union when they were at University in the 80's and still think they're a bit "Right On" even though they're in middle management and drive a BMW X3

Always amazes me that people hate Top Gear so much but can tell you everything that was wrong with the latest episode - probably the same people who complained about Russell Brand and Jonathon Ross but never actually heard what they said.

Here's what you need:
