Why would jump starting the van kill the DAB signal? Kenwood head unit with separate screen mounted antennae. Any ideas but dismantling begins please?
EDIT - try rescan first numpty 😳

Code is often written on the back of the unit. Manual should help.

I jumped start my car all the time when my car battery was dying but never encountered such problem ... yes, try rescan first. 
Oh ya ... if the battery is completely drained then you need the code ... you are doomed!
