Not since the clocks changed.
I've tried resetting all the modes, but still nothing.

Maybe a similar bug to iPhones. My OH's alarm on her 3g did not go off sometime around New Year, quick google shows the problem resurfaced again recently. Might be similar thing on Your Windows mobile.

I had an older HTC with windows mobile. The alarm was hugely unreliable.
