Are you unlocked, rooted and running anything other than the basic vanilla 4.3 rom?
Had a little tinker and been running Paranoid Android and CM10.2 Nighlies but just switched back to stock 4.3.
Replaced an old Asus TF201 tablet and have to say this thing is awshum. The screen is fabulous and the 2 front facing speakers are spot on.
Only niggle is charge time - takes ages!
