Working and on call tonight too. Wife is away at her parents as well so looks like a microwave curry. Woo Hoo!

Pah, bloody pretentious lot you all are - it's Sainsbury's pizzas here - after cooking all over Christmas, and not even in my own kitchen, I'm having a week off ๐
Masaaman Beef Curry - cooked from scratch. The first meal I've not had to cook in 2 weeks.

Rolled Sirloin, lots of roasted root vegetables and Yorkshire pudding, meringues and eclairs for desert.
Steak pie......just like almost every other household in Scotland. One of my fav traditions of the year.
We had roasties, with ham. And home made steak pie.
About to have some left over pie with chips.
Roast chicken dinner, gravy, parsnips, carrots and peas, roasties and more pigs in blankets
Followed up with sticky toffee pudding and ice cream
Steak pie tomorrow night following a day out at Carron Valley...
Lot the bbq so sausage, Rosti, beans and egg...
Irish stew with dumplings, washed down with Traquair beer then Benromach Organic.
