I've been to the local swimming pool twice this week and it was very quiet - has the New Year Fitness fever abated or am I imagining it?

Not yet.
I'm still waiting for the no joining fee text offers to restart from the local gym. Not getting enough bike time lately due to working hours and family commitments so need to fill the exercise gap with some swimming and a bit of gym action to shift some excess cake and pie from my gut but the £40 admin/sign up fee really annoys me.
