I seem to recall mention on here ages ago but can't see anything so apologies if this is a duplicate.
I've little to add beyond the details in the story but it's good news for inners hopefully and for mtb in general that there's deemed to be a business case for investment beyond trail centres.
I'm summary a large former mill us to be turned into a business hub/innovation centre.
Will there be an "uplift" to the top floor? 🤣
