Not true. I don't have the figures, but a significant number of Tesla chargers are usable by any car.
Tesla sales are apparently falling dramatically across Europe, only down 12% in the UK, but 63% in France Sweden 44% Norway 38% and 42% in the Netherlands, also 12% in California which is the US's biggest market.
