I've been tasked with getting my mum a child seat for her honda civic (the current new generation model) for 1-4 year olds.
Does anyone own this car and have wee nippers who might advise on what kind of child seat I'm after? I've been recomended the maxi-cosi as a brand, but sounds like you need to consider compatibility between various models.
PS seat's for my mum's grandaughter! The old dear's way past childbearing age.
maxicosi toby here (in an A4 a Zaafira and a 5 series) non isofix so it,ll fit anything thats big enough. easy to fit and only takes 30 seconds once you know what your doing. recline feature, seems comfortable etc. USP is the harness straps are sprung loaded so they pop out of the way whilst you drop the nipper in. very handy.
dont know if it would fit in a civic, but it goes in the A4 no problem and thats not exactly cavernous.
