Watching it through my PC and it’s working fine thankfully; quarantine would be even more miserable without it.

Ours is being very flaky on TV, OK on small devices. Assumed it was a local problem.

There's an issue that occurs sometimes if you use your account on multiple devices and have changed a password on just one of them. There's an option to let other devices carry on using the old password, which you want to avoid doing by selecting "force re-enter password on all devices". It an cause some annoying things, not sure if it affects playback or just logging in.
