Anyone been to either the Lemnos or Lesvos Neilson places? I've used them as a company many, many times and have been really impressed! Only been to Sivota and Halkidiki, though, so would really appreciate any feedback from the STW Hive Mind on the other two Greek ones!
Not too fussed about the bike trails (although always fun!), more concerned with buttery smooth mornings to wakeboard, followed by some good wind in the afternoon to sail! Oh, and nice cold beers and a pleasant town/village to walk to for the evening.

No you're rubbish.
Sivota is the #1 venue for wakeboarding.
Some of the other centres are better for MTB apparently Vass, and something else...
woool, I've been to Sivota. Buttery smooth water all day long! Rubbish for sailing, though!
Oh, and anyone who has been to Sivota will have seen Andreas behind a boat. One of the most impressive things you could ever see!
