[#1281789]

Please get in touch re. the shoes you sold to me. I would like a refund as they are not as described. I've sent you many emails.

The shoes are different sizes. At first I thought it was my odd sized feet, but the ruler don't lie. Nice how you scratched out the sizes off the bottom of the sole with a knife or something...

If anyone has a left half a size smaller than right, around size 7, I might be able to sort you out with admittedly VGC Sidi Bullets!

Thank you
Gareth

Very good condition, currently with Crank Bros cleats. Size 7. Bought off here but too small for me. £35. Please email me direct.
Cheers

And the damage caused by scratching the soles with a knife?

I've never had a problem with the classifieds, and my last buy circa £100 was peachy.

Just to redress the balance.

Oh, and 'FuzzyBear' looks like another one of those who only uses the forum to sell stuff on the classifieds, so I'm guessing he probably wont see this post/reply to it.

Let me get this right and apologies if i'm not

You bought dodgy sized shoes from Fozzy Bear, outed him and then attempted the same trick yourself

Or am I getting it all wrong?

The shoes are cursed and impose an Imperius on anyone who touches them forcing them into the thrall of Voldemort 🙁

There are two Fozzy Bears on here, the other one did used to be on Bike Radar and here under Fozzybear, they are not the same person.

Fozzy Bear & Fozzybear are the two usernames on here the one in question in this post is Fozzy Bear

Edit, just searched the usernames on here and since the revert back to users original names there is only one Fozzybear & I'm pretty sure it's not him who sold you the items in question, his real name is not the same as the one at the top of this topic

Has the user Fozzy bear reverted back to his original username?

I recently bought a saddle off here. The photo I saw did not give a good impression of it - it was much nicer in real life....

I suppose it's possible the OP hadn't measure the shoes when his ad was put up

But he should correct it now

To be fair, it could be that he's realized they're not the same size since posting the ad which was 3 days ago...

He wants a refund AND he wants to sell them - that's quite a creative business model, bravo

As orangista said, the original fozzybear's real name is not crowther and he took so much time to help me out with a car problem that had nothing whatsoever to do with him, that I find it difficult to believe he'd scam anybody.

Take Care! Check your Bear!

What's the source of that pic please? Do you know where the GTFO comes from? Just wondered, as I'm sure it started at a forum I use - quite a coincidence to see it here.

He does state that

Bought off here but too small for me

in his advert...unless he shrunk his feet in the wash.

****s sake chaps. I put the ad up when they didn't fit, and i assumed my feet were different sizes. Didn't realise I could edit my original post. And anyone who expressed an interest would have been told, obviously.

I then got a friend to try them confirmed they were odd, and then measured with a ruler.

The soles are not damaged, just the numbers made illegible.

I really don't care what you lot think, but beleive it or not I am actually quite honest and wouldn't rip someone off intentionally.

I'm not really surprised by this little witch hunt you're having. Very amusing. But notice
1) I use my real name
2) My name is unique, I am not difficult to track down
3) Did you really think I expected you to overlook my FS ad a couple of days ago? I'm not stupid. Of course you would check my recent posts. Clubber got it right though, I just wanted to get my £35 back and assumed Crowther hadn't ripped me off.

Oh and by the way, I have been out all day since the original post, sorry not to have replied to all your important questions sooner.

the rest of you witch hunters should take a seriously good look at yourselves. You've let yourselves down 😉

Fozzybear used to be on Bike Radar, UK-MTB and a few others, and is not the SAME as the Fozzy Bear above. I was confused by the two similar names before, as I know the other Fozzy, however, they are not the same person

you wanted a refund, for shoes you're selling, and you assumed he hadn't ripped you off, but it was "Nice how you scratched out the sizes off the bottom of the sole with a knife or something..."

and the advert hasn't been ammended....

well that's clear then.

WTF is your problem? You can only edit posts for 15 mins, I posted it three days ago!

I now realise they are different sizes, hence I am unlikely to be able to sell them, and so want a refund. Are you really so stupid that you cannot understand that? Would you like to buy them? Special rates for special people 🙂

Thanks, but the last time size 7 shoes fitted me I was 11 years old

You can't edit, but you can add additional comments to FS posts, or is that a difficult concept to grasp?

My only problem is that I was about to make toast and there's no bread available.
