Not spectacularly fast 4:50, but respectable and she worked hard for it - months of effort.
Seriously proud of her, as are our two boys. Just needed to say.

Well done wife! I have recently had my sights more modestly set, on a half marathon... In February 2016... Plenty of time to prepare 🙂
Edit-might actually be May 2016, think I can relax!

A BIG well done to Mrs Igm.
We were on the bus back from York in the afternoon and there were some very uncomfortable looking people and a lot of silver foil wrapped humans.
As usual a great atmosphere for a big event in York, and after the fog it was a glorious, cool sunny autumn day too.
