which was the old one in Derby then?
there is one in particular Im thinking about that is pretty dire when it comes to customer service

Samways and Mercian were always pretty good when I lived there, which one did you have issues with?

Samways= slow service!!

never had any real issues with Samways (other than often being fully booked up for any major service works)
cheaper than leisure lakes too
The bike shop on Monk street however is diabolical!
Dont often use shops for servicing but if I do I now tend to go to Sherwood Pines cycles, bit far but worth it for the excellent service
