Download TV. You might have to do it on another machine and stick it on a USB pendrive.

Once installed it'll give you connection details that I'll need. The other way is if I send you a link, but that might not work for the reasons we're doing this...!
When is another matter entirely.

i will def let you all know what the issue was when it is sorted as i would like to know myself what the heck it is lol.
