Isn't there a possibility you could die of boredom though?

I've always thought him a pretty reasonable type of person (though with a bit of a blind spot on Apple based products

You'd be moaning quick enough if you heard his views on Pie based products.

4 bags of carrot sticks at 415g each is 1.6kg of carrots. Which is still only about 465 calories...

So you'd need to eat more than five times that to meet the recommended daily intake of 2500kcals for a man.

8kgs of carrots...

Or one bag of fish and chips...

😀

Carbs stimulate leptin production

Eh ?.

More leptin, less hunger is how it works.

Binners - I haven't found it boring...

I'm not saying you should just eat sliced veg....(i knew I should have stayed out of this thread).
I still eat crisps, pies, sandwiches, cake etc...I even had an onion bhajee, mint yogurt & cucumber sandwich for lunch which was delicious...

My point about the veg sticks is that they are healthy, cheap & that a small change can really help with controlling weight & being a bit healthier.

Stop having snacks? Save the money.

You won't die, you know?

Only joking Stumpy. My daughters will both happily sit and troff loads of carrot and celery sticks. My influence hasn't gone amiss though. They're quite partial to a sausage roll too 😀
