Looks like I'm going to have a saturday evening and sunday morning in Munchen. Apart from beer and sausages, what else should I be hunting out?

Leave a little later on Sunday and go and visit Dachau concentration camp, or go to the English Garden to spot naked german girls in this nice hot weather.
Deutsche Museum is a must, absolutely brilliant place, although the maritime section made me giggle...
....Nearly all the exhibits were models as the originals currently reside at the bottom of several oceans! *
*The do have the first U-Boat though which is well worth seeing. The aero section is brilliant and i spent an interesting half hour in the engineering section realising the machines i worked on at home were museum exhibits in Germany!
Englischer Garten is ace, take a camera cos you'll be too piddled to remember it!

No, it is, look:
Saturday evening = beer. Speshly lovely, nutritious, wheaty beer.
Sunday morning = sausages. Full of lovely fat to soak up the beer....
Podium Bar in Schwabing used to have some decent bands on. Only a small place, so it was like they were playing in your living-room!

The Olympic Park is worth a look and you can go up the Olympic Tower. Also if you're a car geek like me, the BMW museum.(The olympic park and and BMW place are near one another - get the tube) Obviously, beer and sausage!
BMW museum is (word like poo but beginning with "s" removed and replaced with "rubbish")
Go to the Augustina bar and drink Helles. its lovely, really lovely.
Best thing I ever did in Munich was drink beer.
German girls are ace though. "You would like to have sex with me, yes?"
