For some reason, both [url=

Underground - Templehead and [url=

The Bass - Winter in July always make me think of going to the bula-hatted Malverns in 1991... Anything by the KLF evokes MBUK:the rave years... and I will forever associate the marvellous Twin Peaks soundtrack with rides to the far side of Mendip (i.e. where the woods are not all that they seem).

Meanwhile... if Shimano 200GS (my first, uhh, groupset) was an album, it would be Schubert Dip by EMF.

For me it's that amazing breakbeat mix of "Milk" by Garbage on Chainspotting where Matrin Hawes is hopping about on the beach.

Brilliant mix, never managed to get hold of a decent quality version of it tho.

Fat Boy Slim - Right here, right now
Not right when I started (about 5 years in actuallty) but the theme for a brilliant weekend riding on the Gower. We played it every time we got back into the car after yet another excellent ride. ๐Ÿ™‚

Wiedlin - "Rush Hour"

reminds me of religiously cleaning my first mountainbike whilst Southern Sound played the hits of the day on a 20 minute loop

Screamager - Therapy

Just awesome - reminds me of razzing (did anyone else do that) about to our different haunts on a Sunday morning on my Diamonback Topanga!

World of twist - Sons of the stage.

Played very loud, all the way to Wales to ride there for the first time - flashing the light on the passenger sun visor in time to the beat whilst passing cans of Super Naughty between cars/arses out of the windows etc.

The stupidity of youth eh?

Retro83 yep know what you mean. I found it on a compilation called Crush, has a picture of a love heart (sweetie type) on the cover. Unfortunately can't find it on net or in my collection ๐Ÿ˜• Somebody must have 'borrowed' it.

Troublegum and RATM...YES YES YES, may I add Copper Blue and Beaster by Sugar to the list of loud music for the drive to a ride.

Plus early Charlatans, Roses, Mondays etc..ohh and the Soup Dragons.

More recently some of the mixing of music with riding on Sprung 2 and 3 was ace, africa bambataa(sp?), herbaliser etc

Exponents
Muttonbirds
Head like a hole
