Someone's already said Counting Crows - Across A Wire, so I'll go with Band of Horses - Acoustic at the Ryman.
Edit to add: Ooh. Cowboy Junkies got a mention too - Trinity Sessions and Trinity Revisited, the latter only for Natalie Merchant's bloody brilliant vocal and piano on To Love Is To Bury.
"The Cure" - Live at Glastonbury 2019, Spiderman or A forrest....
Don't forget that Neil Young's Archives is still currently free to listen, that's all of his considerable output since the 70's plus Buffalo Springfield and not forgetting Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young.

Came here to suggest pearl jam and blind melon.
Try The White Buffalo-hogtied like rodeo, mellow but good. Also sublime did an acoustic album which although a fair portion sounds like it was recorded drunk at a party is good!

During lockdown I've hit ebay for a new amp - and I intend to give these archives a hammering over the weekend.
(Starting tonight, once Leftism on Tim's Listening Party is over.)
@funkmasterp - talking of Dark Mark, his autobio comes out in a few days, you probably knew this already... just read an excerpt from it in Q Mag and if that's anything to go by, it'll be hilarious. 😀
