They're showing a load of Ride Guide MTB 2009 on extreme channel now till about half four. Just had the lovely Darcy Turenne riding around Afan and saying nice things about the trails.

419 on sky for anyone who's got it. It's been worth watching to hear Canadians try and pronounce Llangollen and Llandegla.

Now got Chris Akrigg riding around cyprus, he's not bad on a bike! Right, I'd better record the rest and take the pooch for a walk.
