MRM has not been used in McDonalds recipes for years ( go and have a look at Snopes BTW). Nuggets ( the thing Oliver used as an example, as been using breast meat for around 8 years in Europe.
Some of the issues he raise , he carefully left out that they were old practises / happened in the USA many years ago
