Pretty in Pink...? No guilt here - John Hughes fanboy for sure!

I love some of the films up above - Affair to Remember not a guilty pleasure, I love it openly. Notting Hill and Pretty Woman are full on guilty pleasures despite both having the same lovely female lead.

Some very weird ideas of guilty pleasures here.
Blazing Saddles, Rocky Horror Show and Italian Job are "must see" classics.

As a kid, one of the reasons I looked forward to Christmas was you were guaranteed your annual fix of the Italian job, Zulu and the great escape. It's not Christmas without Michael cane and Steve McQueen

What don't some of you lot feel guilty about watching then?

Is it all arthouse films with subtitles the rest of the time?

I have no shame.

If you have no shame they are not guilty pleasures.

I can't think of any film I've watched I would consider a guilty pleasure.

Oh hold on, there was A A* 4

+1 Boorman's Excalibur. It's a great film, dated or no. Saw it as a youth, remember very well that Helen Mirren was smoking in it.

And that king somehow manages to impregnate his wife without taking off any armour

It wasn't his wife, Uther was bucking Cornwall's wife.....disguised as Cornwall by Merlin's foggy dragon magic. /pedant.

Excalibur is such a fantastic film. Any fans of the film might want to consider going for a holiday in Wicklow as there are lots of locations from the film scattered about the county and the mountain biking is excellent. Last time I stayed down there I was at a B&B across the road from Boormans estate.
