Local Carphone Warehouse had 4th gen in stock this weekend gone. Shame mrs_oab chose an iPhone 5 instead. 😕

Or direct from the Motorola .CO.UK website. You can configure / personalise them to get the design of your choice

Get a 3rd gen rather than the 4th gen. They should be cheaper now and are more or less the same phone, except the 3rd gen has proper water resistance.

I've got both - I use the 3rd gen for work and the 4th gen for home.

The 4th gen has a nicer screen - bigger and clearer. It also has a better camera. It's still splashproof (although not fully waterproof like the 3rd gen.). It also came with a 'turbo' rapid charger.

Given the choice I'd get a 4th gen unless the screen is too big or you like to play with your phone in the bath.

I no longer recommend Motorola phones since they (under new ownership) made it clear that they don't give a stuff about updates. You'll be left with unpatched software and they won't even commit to the suggested minimum of quarterly updates.
