Mortgages....stick ...

[Closed] Mortgages....stick or twist?

It looks like rates are about to rise so I've thought about a long term fix. Current mortgage is: 210k rate is 1.64% variable overpay each month New one would be: 210k rate is 2.64% fixed for 10 years would overpay up to the amount of the current monthly payment, so less overpaid Obviously i would pay more per month currently and my overpayments would be less, but 10 years is a long time particularly given the Brexit thing and rates can eith stay the same o r rise. What would STW do?
