[Closed] Mortgage advice on PhD

Hi

Am after some advice as struggling to get a mortgage.

Am currently studying for my PhD on a stipend, which is a matched to my old salary plus I work 12 hours a week ontop.

I did a fair bit of searching and finally got an agreement in principle and had an offer acepted on a property. I contacted the mortgage broker this am and still not heard back from them which have a feeling means not great news.

So after some advice from anyone who has had any joy in my situation, I am applying for the mortgage on my own and have size able deposit.
