Now, let me get this straight a 12-week old chiwoawa (sp?) puppy couldn't be controlled by two Police Officers. They tried to tazer the puppy. Before finally shooting it.
Now they are two Police Officers that shouldn't be on the streets.
why did't they just call the dog catcher? You know, the people who catch dogs.....
