The Hague, this time. Anyone lived there? I honestly can't imagine there's anything in the way of mountain biking there, but maybe there's some nice roads to do?

Not a great place, IMO. Have never lived there, but have to go there pretty often. It's a 9 to 5 town and nothing more. As soon as the offices shut, it's a ghost town! The 'Dam is lovely, by comparison and pretty much commutable if you fancy it...!

It's a very decent rate (they don't seem to have adjusted their rate in Euros so due to the pound crashing and burning it's excellent) and not really all that far from home, so it's tempting.

What about the biking tho?

Flat, molgrips. Very flat. And windy. And flat, did I mention it was flat?

Biking is great for sit-up-and-beg commuters, cycle paths everywhere, nice & flat apart from the slightly arched bridges over canals.
