Plenty of tuning information out there. Have it ported, increase the compression ratio (and run on high octane fuel), matched expansion chamber. You may be able to overbore further or even stroke it. I reckon for less than £2000 you'll be able to get 80 out of it and should be able to get 10 hours between rebuilds.

Or buy a bigger bike. It's cheaper.

Making your bike faster is possible if your pockets are deep enough. It can be done and it is a great way to learn about bikes, tuning etc.

However, the easiest way is to buy a bigger bike. But, it's a lot of fun in tuning the balls out of the existing one...

We can help if you want to go down the tuning route. I get 65 out of my old 70's Garelli Endurocross...

I get very close to 140 out of the old 1966 T120 and it's a right laugh seeing others amazed at how quick it is for such an old lump...

Engine tuning is our speciality and it's great fun, but as I said - it aint cheap... But there are a few tricks for little cost that improve things quite a bit...

Mail me if you want some free advice and you can take it from there...
