That's not really misheard, though, is it. It's just somebody adding something 'funny' that sounds sort of similar to the original. Try a search for 'literal video' on YouTube - people overdubbing words that literally describe what's going on in the video. Like this:

Metallica's One, lyrics "Darkness imprisoning me" misheard and argued as absolutely correct by my mate as "Doctors in visiting me".

It does make a weird sense in the song too

While driving to Scotland from South Wales a few years ago, Van Morrison's Brown Eyed Girl came on the radio and my wife belted out the first line of "Hey there, Rodrigo!"

We hadn't even got to the bridge but it kept my chuckling until Carlisle.

Macy Grey;

I try to say goodbye and I choke
I try to walk away and I stumble
Though I try to hide it, it's clear
I blow bubbles when you're not here

This one is always good, especially when you next hear the song on the radio ๐Ÿ˜†

there's a nine inch nails song where he mournfully sings "i used to have a purpose....." only it sounds like porpoise I can just imagine Trent Reznor missing his pet cetacean

Was in my local petrol station not long ago and the owner always plays 60's cd's and while in there being served the Beatles LSD wag playing and he was singing along with the chorus, only his version was Lucy in disguise with diamonds. Wanted to correct him but it made me laugh so I left him to it. ๐Ÿ™‚

My kids used to sing 'Carol Smiley is naughty, naughty, naughty, naughty' along to Fatboy Slim's 'California'. Just as good a libretto in my view.
