My brother came over to fit a rear box to his car. I wasn't sure if he had ordered a supertanker funnel by mistake. ๐Ÿ˜ฏ

He's coming under the influence of Moont. He was an advertising executive, he's now my wood cutting assistant. Today saw his first ever descent into the inspection pit. There's no way back ๐Ÿ˜ˆ

I liked that thing he did with Steve Coogan.

when I was 14 I went to the local Mercedes garage for a week to do work experience. it was good fun rounding off wheel nuts, cross-threading spark plugs, putting oil filters in the wrong way round and being exposed to copious amounts of porn in the canteen.

what wasn't much fun was being stood under a Mercedes W123 whilst they changed the exhaust - either it was a cruel joke or the mechanics didn't realise quite how heavy it was as it dropped too far and landed on my bonce. I was dizzy for the rest of the day. It took three of them to lift it - more than over-engineered.

Rob Brydon fits exhausts in his spare time? Who'd have thought it?

more than over-engineered.

This was just a pattern part and it was pretty weighty, the original section weighed a ton and was in good shape apart from where the pipe met the rear box.
