the point I'm making is that you don't need as low a body fat count as many people make out to have visible stomach muscles.

There must be a question of fat distribution too, I'm at 16,3% body fat and can't see my abs. ๐Ÿ˜ฅ

Trust you C_G!

Now I've met you in out there>> you know what I look like!
I am considerably leaner than I was for my last random semi-naked STW pic though ๐Ÿ™‚

Somebody had to say it TSY! Feel free to post up a recent pic or, better still, include it in tomorrow's Friday A & A. 8)

You take your fitness very seriously so ... if you've got it, flaunt it!

Just kidding. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I find measuring my body lean much more uplifting. 2 degrees off vertical to the right facing north usually.

When I used to still do gymnastics, (in a club 3-4 2 hour sessions per week),by the time I was 15 I had a six pack. Some of the blokes at my club had pretty impressive six packs, and shoulders as well. I've never done a sit up in my life.

Edit: I used to be pretty self concious about it too.
