I'd like to add one of these to our main TV, keeping the Sky box attached to the kitchen TV (long story, but haven't got room for a Sky box in front room).

Are they reliable and do you have full functionality of Sky box with the second Sky remote in the second room?

Yep, ours does. Got one in the bedroom, mimics the Sky box downstairs perfectly, remote works flawlessly. Only thing is that 4G phones seem to interfere a bit - 3G was fine. Not a huge problem, just noticeable if one of us is browsing not on the wifi or talking on the phone nearby or sommat.

Had a wireless one previously which worked very well in our old flat, acceptably in our previous house, and not at all in our current house - had to be hard wired.

Great, thanks. So, recording and what not can happen from either remote?

This is one of our reasons for keeping sky, can't seem to find a decent freesat solution to this.

They work flawlessly, we had them in multiple rooms all off the same sky box via an amplifier.

Yes, full functionality from all remotes.
