Noticed whilst chopping some wood over the weekend the presence of maggots (?) chomping on a couple of pieces of my wood 👿
Hopefully only seems to be a couple of bits of the same sort of wood.
Have chopped out infested bits.
Anything to worry about?

as long as you've a large, fully functioning chopper and no problems with your supply of wood you should be happy

Don't bring it in the house unless you chuck it straight on the fire - whatever it is might escape and chew its way through your furniture/floorboards/structural members.
Have your own version of Bushtucker Trials and see who comes out on top...then whoever loses has to chop up the winters wood store.
