Dear Sir / Madam or Sir / Madame?
Is the "e" version french?

The "e" would be used in French, not English.

You can remove the "e" from Madame, but it's still a French word.
I would recommend "Missus"

If using Missus would it be better to then be:
Dear Chap / Missus or Dear Mister / Missus?

"Darling Fascist Bullyboy..."

I generally prefer 'the right honourable bitch-cow'.
