Live in an old cottage at the end of a row of 5. The downstairs shower in the house has always been a bit iffy, not a dribble, but not powerful either. Akin to fitting a shower in the loft, that sort of thing.
I've got a hose outside which has been getting dribblier by the week. It's a b&q kit thing, attached to outside using 15mm polyplumb.
Is there a way to up the shower pressure? Can't fit a header as I've not got a loft.
Also, I'm going to be doing away with the crap hose fittings and running that direct off the washing machine/dishwasher manifold, hopefully thatllbsirt it, but if not anything I can do to up the pressure to the house?
Neighbours don't seem to have problems.

if your pressure is getting worse from your hose then possible supply problems
if you at the end of a row of 4 you could be on a link main, 1 stopcock in street turns all the houses off. not going to help as everyone will cause your pressure to drop
before doing anything give the waterboard a call and get them to come out and check if your on a link supply see if you can get off it
Thought we had low flow rate until we swapped out a couple of taps, turned out the taps were restricting the flow. Go for taps designed for gravity fed systems (even though we are mains fed throughout)
Is the shower electric (push buttons on the front?) If so, they are notorious for being a bit dribbly especially when the temperature is turned up.
Get the water people out, it could be a leak
Ask them if you have a lead supply pipe; they're internally smaller than modern pipes and flow less, a bit of limescale in the system (hard water areas) is another possibility
