Well this has brought the post back to my attention anyway ๐
So - I have found the solution - get a dog, spend your morning rushing around with it/children before school and skip breakfast. Then go home at lunchtime to spend an hour walking/playing with said dog and skip lunch.
Did this on Tuesday - went to the gym before eating my evening meal and weighed myself - 66.3kg. I did almost pass out after an hour on the bike having accidentally fasted for 20 hours though ๐
