Hi, I'm looking for a solenoid like [url= http://www.partmaster.co.uk/cgi-bin/product.pl?PID=1953997&query=Maytag%20solenoid ]this[/url] for a less excessive price. Dimensions are about 41mm x 34mm x 39mm. It's 240VAC with 16mm pull. In the USA it seems you can get the solenoid & other associated parts from $70. Just a shame that the US item uses gentle 110-120VAC.

If it is washing machine specific then ebay is OK. If you want to try a generic replacement then try RS/cpc/farnell
thanks. CPC/farnell have something that looks like it would do the job but it's no longer manufactured 🙁
