I've been on here about 6 years and have often seen " woods behind nationwide " which I'm guessing is a long standing joke like Joe Cocker and Louise.
Can anyone tell me what the woods behind nationwide was all about ?

I went there once to find out. It was reasonably good but not worth a specific trip.
I wasn't on the original thread but from what I can tell some neophyte came on raving about how awesome and rad it was, when in fact it's a pretty tiny local park with a very short but decent trail in it....?

Running joke, perhaps not specific to STW, seems to be rad gnar pictures from any trail down south may be tagged as Swindon.

I've only been here since 2009 so all I know is bombers and baby robin's.
If I remember rightly, wasn't there a picture of Robbie Williams in the tabloids riding a mountain bike on the trails in questions.
