Anybody else on here?
Having got a bad bug from Blenheim flat coke in water bottle this time.
I'm in for tomorrow, it'll be my first elite race. Field looks strong so I may struggle somewhat!

Good luck Iain, going to be hot when you set off. Just had my headset apart, sort of thing you do the night before a big ride with minimal repair kit and time to fiddle on route. Being a Wally I did 60K last time by missing the little turn, hope to beat 3hr this time. cycle route of 2 laps looks easier with no turn backs, like last year. I have also written 2 laps on the stem and tied 3 laps to my trainers in paper, a trick I picked up from others. Muppetry may still occur however.
