It could be [i]D.diadema[/i]though there are some very similar sp, your's does have slightly different colouring but could be near a moult too. They are all the same type of thing though, just with a few variations. The one in your photo looks like a female too. They are harmless and don't sting or have venom. They are very caring with their young and quite gentle.
If you want to send me a larger photo, I should be able to give you an I.D on her.
