Great ride, great weather, just what I needed. Started the ride thinking I need to change to 32:18 rather than 32:16 but by the end of the ride i felt 32:16 was in fact the magic gear!
Only slight downside, when i got back to the van i couldn't find my phone anywhere. I walked back up to where i'd last had it in my hand and asked several passing bikers but no one had seen it. A little dejected I walked back to the van. Its just a phone, but it took the sheen off an otherwise perfect days riding. set off and "bump". which was odd as i didn't remember parking next to anything? Hop out, and there, on the road and still working is my phone. A little scratched and dented but i can now confirm that the Sony Ericsson T303 can take 2.5 ton driving over it. which i nice.
